Scope Of Services
PSSR is a safety review/inspection prior to the startup/commissioning of new or modified process facility. PSSR focuses on ensuring that any changes to the deviation/changes to the design during detailed engineering and construction phase are captured and were risk assessed.
PSSR also reviews all documentation for a successful and safe start-up such as inspection plans, engineering drawings (PFDs, P&IDs, etc), operating procedures, etc.
PSSR can be adopt a number of industries which have new projects and modifications of existing facility. Industries such as oil & gas, mining typically have PSSR as part of their HSSE management system.
