Scope Of Services
With the rapid industrialization of China’s domestic energy and process market, national and local government are focusing their efforts in improving process safety within the industry. Operators of major hazardous facilities are required to undertake comprehensive risk assessment of their facility and provide adequate resources to manage all risk within their operation. Assessment and management of all risks should begin as early as possible. Early identification of risks will allow more holistic approach to manage these risks especially in design phase and will significantly reduce both financial and technical difficulties if risk mitigation measures were to be implement after facility completion.
