Hazardous Areas Classification Review (HACR) ensure the hazardous areas are correctly identified and interaction between hazardous are kept to a minimum.
The review covers the following key steps:
·Understanding the properties of the hazardous materials and the processes (that involves hazardous material).
·Understand the hazardous areas and their classification and the potential danger zone of each hazardous area.
·Review the above information to identify any new hazards that may arise between each hazardous area and the surrounding area.
Crude oil, natural gas, LNG, gas processing and export, oil refining, pharmaceutical plant, coal chemical processing, fertilizer and agriculture chemical processing, chemical refining, ore processing, hazardous material storage, well gathering system, civil construction, well decommissioning, etc.
HACR can be carried out at different stages of the project, including project feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design and operation phases.
